Refund Conditions
No Refund Scenarios
- After generating or downloading any legal document
- After accessing premium legal templates or databases
- After using voice-to-document features
- After 24 hours of account activation for monthly plans
- For partial months in annual subscriptions
- Due to user error or misunderstanding of features
Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Technical issues preventing platform access for more than 48 hours
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Annual plans with no document generation within 30 days
- Service cancellation due to our platform discontinuation
Cancellation Process
How to Cancel
- Log into your account dashboard
- Navigate to "Subscription Settings"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation and provide feedback (optional)
After Cancellation
- Access continues until the end of current billing period
- No further charges will be processed
- Account data is retained for 90 days
- Premium features are disabled after subscription expires
Refund Processing
Processing Time
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the subscription. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods.
Case-by-Case Manual Review
For exceptional circumstances or disputes not covered by this policy, we offer manual review:
- Submit detailed explanation of your situation
- Provide relevant screenshots or documentation
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
- Decision will be communicated via email
Billing Disputes
If you notice any unauthorized charges or billing errors:
- Contact us immediately with transaction details
- Provide payment confirmation and account information
- We will investigate and resolve within 48 hours
- Unauthorized charges will be refunded in full
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled:
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal date
- Renewal charges are non-refundable
- Email reminders sent 7 days before renewal
- Manage auto-renewal in account settings
